Our goal is to assist business clients and their organizations accelerate to a higher level through the input of ideas by working with our clients in a team environment.
We aim to provide business advice, mentoring and coaching with integrity to a broad spectrum of business leaders looking beyond what they are currently doing.

Grant Snowden
A fast learning and inspirational leader, Grant leads by example using his training, knowledge and experience in strategy, planning, governance, directorships and boards, general management, culture, safety, quality, environment protection, sustainability, sales, marketing, research, engineering, manufacturing, trading, distribution, logistics, administration, finance, I.T., legal, H.R., training and heading up projects that include complex plant design/building and full system IT software installation. From Grant’s early start with Deloitte he moved through merchant banking to become CEO of four companies, turning around three from loss to profit with strong cash flow and moving one from good to great, resulting in a tenfold increase in the share price over a five year period. He has been consulting, mentoring and coaching in the Melbourne region for the past 5 years, where he has constantly improved business cultures and systems adapting them to changing technology and markets. He has studied various subjects from business, finance and marketing to human resources and psychology at universities including Cape Town, London, Witwatersrand (Johannesburg), Insead (Paris) and Stanford (San Francisco) as recent as 2015.
Grant is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and has a B. Com and MBA degrees.
His business motto is “let’s create value, benefit society and have fun in the process”.
Philosophy
Our fee will be based on our input hours and staff level or an agreed fee beforehand – your choice. Our difference is that if you are not satisfied, we will reverse our charge at that point (to date we have not received such a request)
